WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our warranty strictly covers technical glitches and factory defects. To stay cove
red, please keep the following in mind:
ORIGINAL BUYER ONLY: This warranty is only valid for the original customer who
purchased directly from us. It does not transfer to second-hand purchases or
third-party resellers without an original contract.
PROPER USE: We can’t cover issues caused by misuse, poor handling, faulty
electrical setups, or lack of maintenance.
PHYSICAL DAMAGE: Any damage from drops, hits, scratches, or other accidents
caused by the user is not covered.
HOW TO START A CLAIM?
If your gear hits a snag due to a factory defect within the warranty period, just
reach out to our support team with your customer contract number of purchase
to get the technical review started.
